We’ll give you a link to a webpage that contains all your support requests, with the time spent so far. When you’re down to an hour support time left, we’ll let you know. The more hours you buy, the cheaper it is. Customers with 6 hours prepaid at the beginning of a their 12 month contract period you can request free basic hosting for the year ahead. These hours should be used within 12 months.
