I combine strategic product experience with practical, hands-on digital delivery.

My career has ranged from regulated banking, payments and international mobile commerce to websites, AI and ongoing digital support. I have worked on products and programmes involving Lloyds TSB, smile, Brokat, Ukash, Avis Europe and Visa Europe—environments where security, customer trust, commercial viability and regulation all mattered.

Today, through DADD.TV, I work directly with established businesses, charities, founders and specialist organisations. Clients value having one experienced person who can understand the wider business problem, make sensible recommendations and stay involved through delivery and ongoing support.

That might mean building or improving a website, clarifying content, introducing useful AI tools, resolving technical issues or planning what should happen next. I work with clients across the UK, Europe, the USA and Australia, using platforms including WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and Squarespace.
